Exchanges and Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can send your exchange within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. 
To request an exchange, you must open a ticket at the following link: https://www.medinasoftboards.com/atendimento.
Within 4 business days you will receive a post authorization via email. 
This email will contain all the necessary information about the exchange or return procedure.
As soon as your parts arrive, we will be carrying out the exchange credit on the site in the amount paid for the part.
Note: - We do not credit or refund the shipping cost.
A $25.00 Fee will be charged per return.

NOTE:

* We do not exchange or return Wholesale and/or products on sale.
*Exchange credit coupon does not include shipping for a new purchase.
In case of cancellation and/or exchange of items purchased with a discount coupon,
the amount considered for return will be the amount paid, and not the full price of the product.
As soon as the product arrives at our Distribution Center, an analysis  will be carried out and your credit will be released for a new purchase on the website, this process can take up to 5 business days. 
The same will be sent to your registration email.
Credit coupons do not include shipping for new purchases.
Coupon validity: 6 months.
* The product must not contain trends of use or washing.
